The Director of the Michael G. DeGroote Gould Trading Floor is
currently accepting applications for Educational Trading Centre
Coordinators. This is a part-time position that will begin on
Wednesday January 3, 2000.
Training will occur during the December exam schedule at your
convenience and will include the use of the software in the Trading
Centre, as well as research methods, access, etc. You will be
responsible for monitoring and assisting students in the use of the
facilities, plus taking part in the VIP program (voluntary
internship program).
This is a very competitive job opportunity and requires individuals
with interests in Financial Markets and poses excellent
interpersonal skills. Completion of the CSC or other related
experience is an asset. REQUIREMENT: Applicants must have
participated in the volunteer internship program (VIP) during the
Fall 2000 term with at least 12 hours of training. Please submit a
cover letter, resume and a printed copy of your VIP training hours
with the signatures of the coordinators.
